The latest edition of Birds of Augusta County, Virginia, 5th Edition, Editor: Allen Larner III, has been released in fall 2025. This publication describes records of all documented bird species in Augsta County and the encompassing cities of Staunton and Waynesboro. The status of each species is provided as well as peak counts, breeding information, and seasonal records. The printed book is now available at meetings and events.
